Does Bouk Cashier work offline?
Yes. The till keeps selling when the network drops, and operations sync automatically when it returns, without duplicates. Voids, returns, reports and settings need a connection.
Are the invoices compliant with ZATCA?
The system issues a simplified tax invoice with a QR code and a credit note for returns. Integration with the Fatoora platform (Phase 2) is pending official approval and is not enabled yet.

Where is my data stored?
On servers inside Saudi Arabia, with encrypted backups, and every business is isolated from the others in the database.
