Terms of use

1. The service and acceptance

Bouk Cashier is a cloud point-of-sale and accounting service provided by subscription. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

2. Your account

You are responsible for accurate registration details, for keeping passwords confidential, and for your staff accounts and their permissions. Tell us immediately about any unauthorised use.

3. Trial and subscription

Every business starts with a free 14-day trial followed by a 3-day grace period; the system then becomes read-only until the subscription is activated, and your data stays available to view and export.

Activation currently happens after payment is confirmed (bank transfer or contacting our team), and the chosen plan applies for the paid term. Listed prices exclude VAT.

4. Renewal, cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions do not renew automatically at the moment, and we remind you before the end. You may choose not to renew at any time.

The refund policy for paid periods is agreed at activation and will be published here before the public commercial launch.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for any unlawful activity, attempt to access another business’s data, disrupt or overload the service, or bypass security controls.

6. Your data

Your business data belongs to you; we use it only to provide the service under the privacy policy, and you can export it.

7. Tax invoicing

The system issues a simplified tax invoice with a QR code and a credit note for refunds. Integration with the “Fatoora” platform (phase two) is pending official approval and is not enabled yet.

The business is responsible for the accuracy of its tax details and for its obligations to the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority.

8. Hardware

The service runs in the browser, and printer and drawer compatibility varies between models. Check the compatible hardware page before buying.

9. Availability and support

We take reasonable care to keep the service available and to protect data with backups, but we do not guarantee it will be completely uninterrupted. Selling continues offline within what the system supports. Support: support@boukcashier.com.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or misuses the service, notifying you where possible. When a subscription ends your data stays available to view and export, and you can ask for your account to be deleted under the privacy policy.

11. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We publish any change here with its date and notify account owners of material changes.
